Welcome, adventurer! Before you begin your quest for fresh coffee, please take a moment to review these Terms of Service. They explain how GamersBuzz Coffee Co. operates and what you can expect when shopping with us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to place an order.

3. Products

GamersBuzz Coffee Co. specializes in freshly roasted coffee and related merchandise.

Because coffee is roasted after an order is received, each order is produced specifically for the customer.

Product images are representative. Actual packaging, roast color, and appearance may vary slightly.

4. Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to modify pricing without prior notice.

Taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout where applicable.

5. Payment

Payment is required before an order enters production.

We accept payment methods supported through Shopify Payments and other authorized payment providers.

6. Order Fulfillment

Coffee is roasted and fulfilled through our trusted fulfillment partner.

Orders typically enter production shortly after purchase.

Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

GamersBuzz Coffee Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carriers, holidays, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier accepts the shipment.

8. Returns & Refunds

Because our coffee is roasted specifically for each order, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or used coffee products.

If your order arrives:

  • damaged,
  • defective,
  • incorrect, or
  • incomplete,

please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.

When appropriate, we may provide:

  • a replacement,
  • store credit,
  • or a refund.

Each claim is reviewed individually.

9. Subscription Products

If subscription services are offered:

Customers authorize recurring billing until cancelled.

Subscriptions may be cancelled before the next billing cycle through their account or by contacting us.

Orders already in production cannot be cancelled.

10. Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep all information accurate.

However, we cannot guarantee that descriptions, pricing, availability, promotions, or other content is always free from errors.

We reserve the right to correct errors at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including:

  • logos
  • artwork
  • branding
  • graphics
  • written content
  • product names
  • designs

is the property of GamersBuzz Coffee Co. unless otherwise noted.

No content may be copied or reproduced without written permission.

12. Acceptable Use

  • attempt unauthorized access

Our store is powered by Shopify.

We also utilize trusted third-party service providers for payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and other business operations.

Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
