How do I order coffee?
Browse GamersBuzz, choose your coffee and grind, and complete your purchase securely through Shopify. Shopify handles checkout, payments, subscriptions, and order records, while our roasting and fulfillment partner prepares and ships your coffee.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically prepared for carrier pickup within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes an additional 3–4 business days after carrier pickup. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, and other unexpected encounters can occasionally add time.
How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout based on your order. GamersBuzz customer-facing rates include costs associated with fulfillment, handling, packaging, and getting your coffee from the roaster to your door. Any order that qualifies for free shipping will receive it automatically at checkout.
Guild Subscriptions
How do Guild subscriptions work?
Choose delivery every 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks. Scheduled Guild subscription orders receive 10% off and free shipping. Your subscription continues until canceled, and you can manage or cancel it through your customer account.
Can I buy an extra bag without changing my subscription?
Absolutely. The Goblin Black Market is for extra provisions between scheduled Guild shipments. Black Market purchases are separate one-time orders, do not change your active subscription, and use standard shipping & handling.
Does free shipping apply to extra one-time bags?
Subscription free shipping applies to scheduled Guild subscription orders. Extra one-time purchases, including Black Market orders, use standard shipping & handling unless another qualifying promotion applies.
